Your cooling-off period

When you start a paid subscription you have fourteen days to change your mind. Within that time you can withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason, and you get the full amount back.

You sign in first, so we know which agreement it concerns. The button is waiting for you right after that.

How it works

You press the button above and confirm with “Confirm withdrawal”.
You immediately receive an email with the date and time of your withdrawal and the statement you submitted.
We refund the full amount to the same payment method you paid with. In practice we start that straight away; by law we have fourteen days.
Your subscription stops. Your journal is simply kept: you can download it, have it deleted, or come back later.

You are not obliged to use the button. You can also fill in and return the model form below, or simply send an email to hallo@memoto.nl in which you unambiguously state that you are withdrawing from the agreement.

What you get back

Everything. The law allows us to withhold an amount for the part you already used; we don't. Withdraw within fourteen days and you get the full amount back, however much you used Memoto in those days. There are no costs for you.

And during the free trial?

Then you haven't paid anything, so there is nothing to refund. You simply stop, or you do nothing and the trial ends by itself. Nothing is charged as long as you don't start a subscription.
